The breakdown
Before — one number, no answers
Kahramaa — monthly bill
QR 14,280
Total consumption, whole building
Which zone drove it? No way to tell.
After — every zone accounted for
QR 14,280 — reconciled across 4 zones
Zone A — Front Office
Zone B — Server Room
Zone C — Kitchen
Zone D — Storage
Server Room is 41% of total — worth a closer look.
Same bill. Same total. Now actionable.
The problem
Without zone-level visibility, waste stays invisible until the aggregated Kahramaa bill arrives — a month too late to act on. Facility managers lose the historical baseline data needed for ESG and sustainability reporting (QNV 2030 / NDS3 alignment), with no way to pinpoint which zone, floor, or department is actually driving consumption.
How it works
1
Staff are onboarded by zone, and appliances are scanned in via barcode. No hardware to install.
2
Consumption is estimated per zone from wattage × usage hours, giving a live breakdown of where power goes.
3
Monthly Kahramaa bill upload corrects the estimate, so numbers stay grounded in real utility data, not modeled guesses.
The leaderboard
Every zone you optimize adds points. See exactly where you stand.

Proof
Commercial buildings in Qatar have shown energy savings of up to 15.8% once consumption becomes visible at the zone level (Ayoub et al., 2014, Energy and Buildings). Winner of the QRDI × Iberdrola Industry Quest hackathon. Built for Qatar's commercial sector, aligned with QNV 2030 and NDS3 sustainability targets.
